Detalles Generales de la Rifa

• Premio: Una Smart TV de 32 pulgadas.
• Participación:
  • Cada encuesta completa equivale a 1 participación.
  • Bonos de participación adicionales:
    1. 5 veces más probabilidades de ganar: Si respondes la última pregunta abierta con comentarios detallados, honestos y útiles sobre nuestra empresa y servicios.
    2. 15 veces más probabilidades de ganar: Si envías un video con tus comentarios (mínimo 15 segundos) al correo info@miuraops.com con el título: “VIDEO Recomendación”.

Plazos:

• Encuesta disponible hasta el 16 de enero de 2025.
• Rifa se llevará a cabo el sábado 18 de enero de 2025, y los resultados se publicarán el mismo día.

Entrega del Premio:

• Si el ganador está en la ciudad, se entregará físicamente.
• Si está fuera, se buscará la mejor manera de hacerle llegar el premio.

Promoción y Difusión:

• La encuesta se enviará por correo electrónico a clientes y colaboradores de clientes y proveedores.
• El mensaje promocional destacará los bonos de participación y la oportunidad de contribuir con sus comentarios para ayudarnos a mejorar.

Recolección de Información y Estadísticas:

• Respuestas utilizadas para generar estadísticas sobre:
  • Nivel de confianza en nuestros servicios.
  • Nivel de satisfacción general.
• Comentarios escritos y videos podrán ser publicados (con permiso) para mostrar los resultados de la encuesta y retroalimentación de los clientes.

General Raffle Information

• Prize: A 32” Smart TV.
• Participation:
  • Each completed survey equals 1 entry.
  • Additional participation bonuses:
    1. 5x more chances to win: If you answer the last open-ended question with detailed, honest, and helpful feedback about our company and services.
    2. 15x more chances to win: If you submit a video with your feedback (minimum 15 seconds) to info@miuraops.com with the subject: “VIDEO Recommendation”.

Deadlines:

• Survey available until January 16, 2025.
• The raffle will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2025, and the results will be announced the same day.

Prize Delivery:

• If the winner is in the city, the prize will be delivered in person.
• If the winner is out of town, the best delivery method will be arranged.

Promotion and Distribution:

• The survey will be sent via email to clients and client collaborators and suppliers.
• The promotional message will highlight the participation bonuses and the opportunity to contribute feedback to help us improve.

Data Collection and Statistics:

• Responses will be used to generate statistics about:
  • Trust level in our services.
  • Overall satisfaction level.
• Written comments and videos may be published (with permission) to showcase the survey results and customer feedback.
