Regla 1.3.2. Inscripción en el Padrón de Importadores y en el Padrón de Importadores de Sectores Específicos
Esta regla establece los lineamientos para que las personas interesadas se inscriban en el Padrón de Importadores o en el Padrón de Importadores de Sectores Específicos, conforme a lo estipulado en los artículos 59, 82 y 83 de la Ley Aduanera y su reglamento.
Para ello, se debe presentar la solicitud correspondiente utilizando las fichas de trámite especificadas en el Anexo 2 de la Ley Aduanera:
- Ficha 5/LA: Para la inscripción general en el Padrón de Importadores.
- Ficha 6/LA: Para solicitar la inclusión o eliminación de sectores en el Padrón de Importadores de Sectores Específicos.
Los contribuyentes que pretendan importar mercancías mencionadas en la fracción I del Anexo 10 de la Ley Aduanera, bajo regímenes como importación definitiva, temporal, depósito fiscal, entre otros, deben gestionar su inscripción según la ficha 6/LA, cumpliendo con los requisitos establecidos.
El Anexo 10 de las Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior regula las mercancías que requieren inscripción en el Padrón de Importadores de Sectores Específicos o el Padrón de Exportadores Sectorial.
